Please enter the text you would like to appear on your plant tag. For example Happy Fathers Day or With Love From Julie XXX. Please check text and capitalisation carefully as this text will be copied to create your tag. I will size and position your text for the best fit possible on the tag.

These heart shaped plant tags are a perfect way of adding a beautiful personalised message to a plant or gift. These are a great for Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Birthdays, Christmas, Easter or in fact any day you want to send a special message. The tags are 129mm (5 inches) high, making them perfect for both large and small pots.

Please select the quantity (all to have the same message), and then enter the message you would like. If you would like multiple tags each with a different message then please add them as individual order items with a quantity of 1.
