Use of our website

You must only use our website for lawful reasons.

You must not use our website in a way that is against the rights of anyone else, or that stops or limits how it is enjoyed by others.

We are not to blame for any loss or damage to you for anything that you use on our website.

You can only use, download and print our content for your own personal use or in-house business reasons. We must agree in writing before you can use our content for anything else.

Returns and refunds

All items are made to order and therefore are not subject to return or cancellation.

Damaged items MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please note that we will require pictures of the front and back of the damaged item (the whole item must be in the picture not just the damaged part) and a photograph of the box it came in to see if there is any visible damage to the packaging. Once received we can then process your replacement items. Damaged items reported after 48 hours have passed since delivery are discretionary. We do not have to accept a damaged item claim after 48hrs since you received your delivery.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to items after they have been received i.e. during use, painting etc. Any items that are damaged that have been used will not be replaced by us. It is up to you to check your orders upon receipt for damages.

Any missing items must be report to use within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, measurements and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

However many of our products are individually handmade / cut from wood, and slight variation in colour or grain of wood, or surface pattern may occur. Handmade and wooden items vary, and it must be accepted by the customer that no two of a kind will ever be identical, and no surfaces will ever be the same due to the nature of the material and the processes used to cut those materials.

We use a combination of photos of actual items and designs of items so actual items may differ slightly from pictures shown. Therefore item images on this website are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. Please note that item specifications are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to withdraw any product at anytime without notice.
