Do you have an Alaska cage, and would like to create an area of deep bedding at one end of your Alaska without it falling out between the bars of the cage. These custom made Perspex/acrylic deep bedding screens might be your answer. The screens are customised to fit over the bars at one end of an Alaska, including cut-outs for the end clips which hold the cage onto the base.
You can select different heights to suit how deep you would like your bedding to be, and also select which end of the Alaska you would like covered. The deep bedding screens are also available in two different colours. The Clear screens are almost invisible allowing you easy viewing inside your cage, and the Black screens are opaque to create a private area for your hamster. The screens fit inside the cage and are held in place using stainless steel bolts and wing nuts. These are quick and easy to assemble and are very secure.

Dimensions
This kit consists of three Perspex/acrylic screens which are designed to create a deep bedding area at one end of your Alaska. The Alaska cage has a different width screen on the left and the right hand side, so choose which end of the cage you want to cover. One screen in the kit is the width of the side of your cage with cut outs for the clips that hold the cage onto the base. The front screen covers the area from the side of the cage you have chosen across to the start of the door flap, and the rear screen covers half of the cage.
The approximate dimensions of the screens are as follows:
- Front Left Screen Width : 14.4cm
- Front Right Screen Width : 31.2cm
- Side Screen Width : 45cm
- Rear Screen Width : 38.8cm
- Screen Thickness : 3mm
- Screen Height : 16cm, 25cm (these attach to the cage bars so sit above the plastic base)
