UK deliveries

For un-personalised items we aim to dispatch within 10 working days of your order. For personalised or custom items we will aim to dispatch your item within 10 working days of the design being agreed. 

In general, delivery to mainland UK is included in the purchase price. However some locations in the UK are more expensive to deliver to than others, for instance, some may require sending parcels using ferries or are located further from courier depots. Because of this, a limited number of postcodes have a location charge added to cover the additional shipping cost. 

For small items Royal Mail 2nd class post is used. For items that are too large to post a courier service will be used.

International deliveries

Due to import/export restrictions on many of the materials that I use, I am currently unable to offer international shipping. The exception to this is shipping to Ireland which I am happy to do.

Please note that all international shipping is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). So the recipient is responsible for paying any taxes and duties.
